We offer a secure delivery service with our DHL carrier.

A signature is required on delivery. Our packages have no distinctive markings, ensuring discreet delivery.

Orders placed before 11:30 a.m. are shipped the same day, otherwise they cill be shiped the next business day. Orders are prepared and shipped from mainland France, Monday through Thursday (exluding holidays).

For products marked "Shipped within 24 hours", delivery is estimated between 24 and 48 hours*

*Delivery to Corsica and other remote areas may take at least one additional day. 

Payment by bank transfer or via Sofinco extends processing times. 

The delivery time is indicated in the order summary.

Delivery is made to the address given during the ordering process.

 

As soon as your order has been dispatched, we will send you an e-mail with the tracking link so that you can follow your delivery.

We also offer ‘Shop collection’ delivery. You can collect the products you order from our website in shop.

To collect your order, you will be asked to show valid identification.
In the case of payment with Alma, the Customer must be in possession of the bank card used for the financing.

 

If you opt for free gift wrapping, you can also choose to include a personalized message with your order.
