Poiray inaugurates its boutique in Lyon
After almost fifty years of history, which began on Place Vendôme in Paris in 1975, the House of Poiray opened a boutique in Lyon, at 6, rue Simon Maupin, in the 2nd arrondissement.
NEW POIRAY CONCEPT IN LYON
On the outside, the main entrance on Rue Maupin retains the Lyon style, with its Villebois stone façade.
On either side of the entrance door, dominated by the famous Maison logo, two large display windows are highlighted by brass-bronze architectural elements. These large, transparent windows, protected by elegant beige canvas blinds, invite customers to discover the new world of Maison Poiray.
Customers are welcomed into the 45m2 boutique, divided into two distinct areas.
As soon as they enter, the eye is drawn to the impressive, beautifully shaped brass-bronze chandelier, and to the subtle interplay of luminous cornices offered by the 3.50m high ceilings.
The two sales areas, conceived as intimate lounges to welcome each customer in a highly personalized way, feature furniture in light beige lacquered wood with golden finishes.
Echoing the sober lines of the famous godrons that have made Poiray's creations so successful, the furniture contrasts with the wall coverings. The latter, covered in colored suede, alternates between the iconic powder pink and terracotta, signatures of the Maison.
As for the walls, delicately rendered in iron lime and the elegant pinkish-beige carpet with its silky effects, they reinforce the warm, cosy spirit of this first room.
Based on the same intimate, luminous concept, and even more confidential in size, the second space offers direct access to the MAIER jewelry boutique, which adjoins it.
Thanks to the layout of this new boutique, with its horizontal and vertical display windows and meticulous merchandising, all Poiray's watch and jewellery collections have found a new setting in keeping with its image.
The House of Poiray accompanies the daily life of the contemporary woman, who lives a thousand days in one. Immediately recognizable, immediately desirable, the Maison's watch and jewelry collections adorn women for every occasion.
