MAIER presents A. LANGE & SÖHNE's watches

Ferdinand Adolph Lange, a watchmaker based in Dresden (Germany), laid the foundations for Saxon precision watchmaking when he founded his factory in 1845. His high-quality pocket watches are still highly prized by collectors around the world. After the Second World War, the company was expropriated and the name A. Lange & Söhne was almost forgotten. In 1990, Walter Lange, the great-grandson of Ferdinand Adolph Lange, dared to resume the business. Today, only a few thousand wristwatches leave the Lange workshops each year. They are powered exclusively by movements developed by the Manufacture, artistically decorated and assembled by hand. A. Since 1994, Lange & Söhne has secured a leading position among the world's finest watch brands.
